Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and garment tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Drop Off or Collection
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the parcel at any designated NinjaVan point, or schedule a doorstep collection through our portal.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
